12/22 - we are home and officially handicapped

Leo kept getting better through out the visit so they sent us home! Rarely happens to a Trach kid in the ER. Other than a few coughing fits he has been doing beautifully tonight. Hope he keeps it up!!!

You might have thought the title was weird.... We applied for a handicap sticker months ago and it arrived amongst the Christmas cards. We are excited not to drag Leo and his "equipment" across freezing parking lots but it is also a sad reality to have the state legally recognize your baby as handicap. We will look at the positive side and take advantage of those open spots!

Christmas countdown is on! Wonder what that elf will do tonight!?

The IV took another chunk of hair so Leo is thinking a comb over is his best option :).
