6/30 - little traveler

We are almost home from our trip to Chicago to see a pediatric opthmologist at UIC. The doctor seemed knowledgable. She thought Leo should be able to see but the cranial nerve issues are impacting eye movement. She was concerned his eyes need even more moisture. Drying could permenently damage the cornea. She thinks his vision as far as near/far sighted is appropriate. We are going back in 3 months. We are almost home and Leo has done great in the car (3 hours each way). The dentist did the teeth filing and steroid cream and his tongue appears to be healing :).

Sammie and I stayed at my dad's Saturday night and mom and aunt MJ came too. It was great to get away. We also had a wonderful time at a wedding shower for one of my childhood friends :).
