3/20 - New Wheels!

Due to Leo's low tone he still has the head control of a newborn. We are still hopefil it will improve some overtime. All the downtime in the hospital didn't help, but now he receives thearpy 5 days a week. Today Leo's therapist brought him a gift! A loner wheel chair/stoller. It supports Leo and has room for his vent! Leo will be getting his own in 3-6 months. He is currently hanging out in it in the room but I hope we can take walks this summer.
Mom did her first Trach change today! This included sticking a Trach in the hole in Leo's neck when our trainer pulled the old one out. This is an essential skill for anyone who watches Leo.

You are probably tired about hearing about breast milk but I saw the nutritionist today and she said Leo should be getting 3 ounces per feed instead of 2 do he is 8 ounces short per day. That is a big difference! We hope he can tolerate the increased volume.

Sammie had fun today playing at the Braden's and hanging out with uncle Dave last night.
